About Us

Yorkshire Fly Fishers’ Club was founded in 1884 by the eminent angler and writer Thomas Evan Pritt. We are proud of our long history and heritage.

Today, we offer a range of waters, catchments and species such that fishing is often available all year round, and there is always something new to discover.

Members receive excellent support from our team of four keepers and river watchers on the Eden, the Lune and the Ribble in a culture of mutual support, respect and responsibility.
